General conditions of sale governing the contract with Fifty srl (conditions listed on the site dolcimpronte.com)
The offer and sale of products on the Dolcimpronte.com website are governed by the following "General Conditions of Sale" between the person who enters his personal data as a buyer, and the company managing the site, Fifty srl with registered office in Sestiere San Marco 5278 Venice - VAT number 03887230278.
All orders must be placed on the dolcimpronte.com website, subject to customer registration who must enter all the required data, including acceptance of data processing and these conditions of sale.
Registration requests received on the dolcimpronte.com website are intended to be performed by the customer, or by a person delegated by the customer, and relieve Fifty srl from any liability in this regard.

Check the goods received carefully: complaints for damaged or missing goods must be forwarded to info@mypetinfinity.it, accompanied by photos, item code, damaged quantity, within one working day of receipt.
We DO NOT accept complaints beyond the indicated limit of one working day. In case of failure to receive the first delivery for any reason with relative stock, given the fragility of the items delivered, we will NOT accept any complaints for damaged goods.

Online selling:
Online sales are allowed in the shops referable to the customer, with any non-fixed promotional discount not exceeding 10% of the price suggested to the end customer.
Fifty srl at its sole discretion, may suspend the fulfillment of orders to customers who sell online and who do not comply with the above clauses.

Damaged or Defective Items. Fifty srl makes use of high quality suppliers: upon receipt of the goods, the customer is required to verify, within 24 hours, that the content corresponds to what was ordered and is free from damage or defects. Claims for items found to be damaged or defective must be made within 24 hours of receipt by sending the photographs of the damaged item and/or an accurate description of the defect found by e-mail to info@dolcimpronte.it.
Claims for defects will not be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Being a wholesale sale, the products and orders in their entirety are not subject to the customer's withdrawal clause.
